As a community nurse your work encompasses all forms of care: illness, post-surgical, wound care, Alzheimer’s and dementia, stroke, diabetes and foot care. Our nursing professionals use their skills to help people receive care in the safety of their homes as they navigate an important part of their life journey.

Choose your career
with care

We’re looking for full and part-time community nurses who share our vision and commitment to care. You must be patient-focused and have relevant experience gained in home, clinical, or community settings. You are currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and have strong patient assessment skills.
